Oregon Trail in Nebraska: 6 Days – 5 Nights
Between 1842 and 1860 an estimated 250,000 emigrants traveled the Oregon Trail to new homes in the West. We will pick up the Trail in Omaha, Nebraska, and follow the Platte River as the pioneers did, learning about this pivotal American event along the way. We will also visit two of the most famous physical landmarks for pioneers heading West Scotts Bluff National Monument and Chimney Rock! Participants will also enjoy an Oregon Trail campfire cookout dinner, living history, and much more on this enriching 6-day program. So don’t wait, gather your group and meet us out west this summer!
